What to Expect on Your First Visit
History & Assessment
We’ll start by reviewing your intake forms and taking a detailed history. From there, a thorough assessment will help us understand your baseline nervous system function and identify areas that need extra attention.
Nervous System Scans
As part of your first visit, we’ll perform both a Thermography scan and a Heart Rate Variability scan. These tests help us evaluate how responsive your autonomic nervous system is and will also serve as a baseline to measure your progress at future visits.
First Adjustment
After your assessment and scans, you’ll receive your first adjustment if it’s determined safe to proceed.
Going Forward...
In the beginning of your care plan, we’ll check in with periodic re-assessments. These give us a clear picture of how your nervous system is improving—and it’s always exciting to see the progress! Once you’ve completed your recommended course of care, re-assessments will happen less often, moving to a quarterly or bi-annual schedule.
